I'm truly sorry for the length of this post, but it all ties together...I promise!
Do you love steak? Do you find yourself walking by the stores meat aisle saying "I really want a great steak!" If so then you have to treat yourself every once in a while and make it something to remember. I am a serious steak lover and as far as I am concerned, I will have my steak come hell or high water. Surely not daily, or weekly, but at least once or twice a month. First I want to show you something that I feel is a work of ART!!! True art!
There are other flavors that are also very good like: New York, Cajun, Galic & Herb, etc. But I have to say Chicago is my favorite. It is so simple. Place your steak in a large ziplock bag with the sauce. Message the sauce into the meat well. Place in your frig for 24 hours. MAKE SURE TO ALLOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS. Then remove and cook on the grill. You will not believe the taste. AWESOME!!!
Ok, many studies do show that your digestive system does have a hard time fully digesting red meat. But that does not mean we have to completely give up something we love. We need to deal with this as we deal with other life complications. Let's look at the big picture.
Have you ever looked in your refrigerator and found something that you can't even figureout what it was? Have you ever found something so spoiled that you can barely get it out of the frig without gagging? Well if you say NO, you are truly lying!!! We all have been there and done that! Well imagine your poor colon and intestines that have food that is not only days old, or weeks old, or even months old stuck in them...Can you imagine what those foods would look like in a refrigerated atmosphere? We all know how important it is to have a good color to show definition...
Growing up in Ft. Lauderdale and being a Tanning enthusiast for the last 32 years,
